 I offer a free 30 minute consult appointment that affords you the chance to feel comfortable asking questions and assessing if it is a good fit for you. I provide counseling for individuals and couples in a safe, collaborative, empathetic environment that helps people naturally move towards change in their lives. Life is a journey that sometimes has lot more downs than we anticipated.  Complicated challenges can leave us feeling stuck, depressed and anxious. I offer an objective, non-judgmental perspective that allows us to work together to understand the issues that are troubling you and then create practical, common sense solutions. Change can be very scary and uncomfortable but also incredibly rewarding. I work with clients in a respectful, collaborative way that often even allows us to have some fun in the process.
